In recent, more people are visiting the Austin and Dallas areas and finding it to be a nice place to live. Additionally, crime is lower in comparison to most major urban areas.

For anyone looking for a new start or see themselves retiring in the near future, this is a practical option that works with most budgets. Initially, some have a hard time accepting that one or two people can live happily in a micro home. Yet, once they take a good look and assess their current lifestyle, they eventually come to the realization that this type of living is a good permanent solution.
