These invisible lines are referred to as Prana Nadis and they are believed to supply vital energy to the body. Energy that is needed for life is absorbed from the air and is therefore consumed when we breath and it is also in the food that we eat. Any disturbance to the flow of this energy results in a lack of energy being supplied to these lies and this will lead to sickness.

Traditional Thai massage works by focusing on interactive manipulation and makes use of two primary procedures. They will use a variety of passive stretching movements in order to manipulate the body into a series of different postures.
